One - on - One Coaching:

With this program you get two (or more if you wish) 45 minute sessions per month for a
minimum of 3 months. All sessions are conducted via phone or skype, with email
support (mon-fri) in between. To start you'll receive a pre-work kit (nothing scary, simply
some introspective questions to get to know where you're at, and where you're headed).
In the first session we lay the foundation, and set a plan of where to go - deviation is
welcome, laughter is encouraged.

Shift Session:
One powerful 90 minute session. This is a mish-mash of coaching, consulting,
counseling, truth-telling, strategizing, cheerleading and ass-kicking all in one session.
It's a fresh set of eyes and ears on your situation, and a powerful shift in movement. If
you want a one time jump start to get things going, clarity on your next move, or simply
a moment to stand still and think it through, this is the ideal solution.
