Chi Running® and Chi Walking® techniques are based on the same principles and orientation as Yoga, Pilates, and T'ai Chi: working with core muscles; integrating mind and body; and focused on overall and long-term performance and well-being. Whether you're injured, a beginner, a marathon runner, a triathlete, or someone who runs or walks to stay fit, Chi Running & Chi Walking have helped thousands improve their technique, reduce injury and achieve personal goals.

Individual & Small Group Instruction

  • Private 60-90 minute sessions: Address current running form & work with chi techniques
  • Follow-up appointments: Get a form check-up with video gait analysis and training support
  • Race training: Build a training schedule that fits your life

Private Sessions:

Small Groups (Scheduling 4 hours):
- 2 people = $135 per person
- 3 people = $125 per person
- 4 people = $115 per person
- 5 to 10 people = $100 per person

Half day workshops: You will be guided through many exercises and drills to give you a good sense of what the Chi Running or Chi Walking technique feels like in your body. Group size is limited to give participants lots of personal attention.

Supporting Your Chi Practice:
Refresher Sessions & Mini-Clinics are available for those who have already completed a Chi Running or Chi Walking Introductory Workshop or its equivalent. Refresher Sessions and Mini-Clinics will allow you to deepen your practice and connect with other runners & walkers.

- Chi Run or Chi Walk Refreshers: Come with questions and join us for a refresher designed to keep your practice fresh in your mind!  We will answer your questions, guide you through body looseners, and take you on a guided run. Cost is FREE.

- Chi Mini-Clinics: Have questions about Chi Walking or Chi Running? Whether you are a Chi Runner or Chi Walker come and get your questions answered, learn new focuses and deepen your practice. Get videotaped for instant feedback and improve your form, with renewed body awareness! These clinics are limited to 10 people and cost is $25/person.

Chi Refresher Runs/Walks and Mini-Clinics are scheduled monthly. Please email Beth for specific dates.
